Raising millions in minutes: Atlassian & Room to Read help underprivileged children

A couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to go along to the Sydney Wine Gala, a fundraiser for the major charity that the Atlassian Foundation supports, Room to Read. I’m never 100% sure what to expect at these type of events, but this one was exhilarating and positive: in less than 15 minutes, the room raised over 3 million Australian dollars for needy children in the developing world.
