Erika is the Head of Product for Atlassian’s Work Management offerings, building our portfolio of modern work collaboration tools that keep teams engaged and in sync. Prior to Atlassian, she was Director of Product for Google Drive and Editors, a suite of collaboration tools used by more than 1 billion users.

Before helping enterprise teams work better together, Erika was an entrepreneur who founded and successfully sold Rapt Media, a creative platform for interactive enterprise videos. On the creative side of the house, she was a documentary filmmaker and founder of an Emmy Award-winning production company called Outlier Films.

Erika holds a B.A. from Yale and an M.A. from University of California, Berkeley.
