Shu has a proven track record in developing scalable solutions and optimizing system performance at AWS, Auth0 (by Okta), Bell Labs, and numerous startups, ensuring in each case that products meet the highest technical and security standards. Shu holds a PhD from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
