Inside Atlassian: seven steps for better retrospectives

Happy December, the time for retrospectives! The end of the year is a time for reflection. For our team, each member considers questions like: What went well? What accomplishments did I make? What do I want to improve on? What did I miss that I want to do next year? That’s right, December is our yearly retrospective! (That’s the cool agile term.)
