Dr. Ben Ostrowski is a Senior Researcher on Atlassian’s Team Anywhere, where he studies teamwork in the age of AI and distributed work, and develops new evidence-based work practices to empower teams and organizations to thrive. He holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Carnegie Mellon University.
