So what are the other 2 tools? They’re mentioned in the post as well as in the title of the post: Eclipse + CVS + Jira is all i need for my development team.
For anyone else contemplating the same set up, there are plugins for Jira and Eclipse as well as Jira and various source control systems, and Jira natively works with CVS.
