CustomWare recently published a case study on their work with Adobe in creating a public bug tracker (using Jira, of course) for Flex, an Adobe product for creating rich Internet applications that has just been open sourced.
It’s not everyday that a global software company open sources a key product and needs a live, public issue tracking system in 60 days. On April 26, 2007 Adobe announced plans to move the development of Flex to an open source model. We helped them with their issue tracking needs.
