Jira 2.3 is released today in both Professional and Enterprise editions.

* Quick Links – Added popup for quick access to saved filters, added quick search (free text & issue number search) to every page
* Excel version of worklog – The worklog report can now be viewed in Excel format
* UI Improvements – Minor UI useability improvements
* “Release Version” now alerts you to un-resolved issues
h2. Bug Fixes
* Performance improvements – Further performance improvements to permissions and searching. This should address all performance concerns with Jira 2.1 & 2.2
* i18n Improvements – Internationalisation problems with Tomcat resolved. Extended characters (such as umlauts) display correctly
* Source release compile error fixed
