Jira 1.3.3 has been released (download | changelog). This release has a lot of nice usability fixes, as well as some new and improved views for the Issue Navigator.
The views include an improved Excel view and a full RSS view (sample). You can read the new Issue Navigator Views document to give you an overview.
There is also a user history in 1.3.3, showing the last 20 issues you have
personally viewed (for quick cross navigation around issues). The project
reports are now linked to the Issue Navigator, and also have progress bars
to indicate their completeness.
