With today’s release of Bamboo 3.0, we also announced the acquisition of two great plugins from Sysbliss, Inc. In addition to the Bamboo Release Management plugin – which automatically labels builds based on Jira versions (more to come on that shortly) – we also added the Jira Workflow Designer to the Atlassian family.
This means, as of today, both plugins are free for all active Jira customers and supported by Atlassian’s legendary support team.
Visual Workflow Design
If you are not familiar with the Jira Workflow Designer, it’s one of our most popular plugins because it provides a visual way to edit Jira workflows.
We’re very excited not only to add this functionality to Jira’s killer workflow capabilities, but also to have the plugin author, Jonathan Doklovic, join the Jira team. We already have plans to improve the plugin even further.

You can install the Jira Workflow Designer instantly using the the Universal Plugin Manager. Otherwise, download it from the Atlassian Plugin Exchange to install manually. The Jira Workflow Designer plugin supports Jira 4.0 and later.
