Over 2,000 employees at Sabre Holdings are using Confluence, the enterprise wiki, and it hasn’t even officially been rolled out! On the horizon, 10,000 Sabre employees spread around the globe will be using the wiki. I’ve got to say that’s pretty cool and so when the opportunity came for us to speak with Laks, a director at Sabre Holdings, I grabbed it. Our conversation (Laks in Chennai, India and I in San Francisco, California) about how the wiki has become a “religious” portal and how it spread organically to different users is now transcribed as a Confluence case study.
